Referring to the most recent alleged assault, where it is claimed Travis grabbed a journalist's breasts as if to check their size, Ms Moore said it sounded like a Carry On Film, but this did not mean it was not serious.
Ms Moore told the jury of eight women and four men to "bring your scepticism" to the case.
"I'm sorry ladies and gentlemen, but my expression to that is 'Oh please.'."
Travis is accused of indecently assaulting 10 women and sexually assaulting another in incidents dating back to 1976 and the height of his fame.
"Totally missed that they were working with a sexual predator.
JURORS have been asked to consider whether the BBC was a "utopia" where women were free from sexual harassment in the 1970s and 80s as they deliberate their verdicts in the trial of veteran Derbyshire born DJ Dave Lee Travis.
The charges relate to allegations from when he was working as a BBC DJ, as a broadcaster with Classic Gold radio, while appearing on Top Of The Pops and when starring in panto.
"They were with him throughout all these periods of time, witnessed his behaviour, and they missed it.
He told jurors: "These three witnessed his behaviour on a daily basis, in all of the venues that you are being said or Nike Vapormax Olive Green
that was the BBC where no girls ever felt that they were being sexually harassed or anything was untoward," she said.
"Or he wasn't and has never been a sexual predator, that's the other possibility."
Mr Vullo said, unlike in other trials, Travis's "good character is totally an issue in this case".

"He is not saying that now," Ms Moore said.
As the evidence concluded at London's Southwark Crown Court, Ms Moore told jurors: "This is a criminal trial and not a feminist rant by me as to a culture that existed at a particular point of time that some of us lived Nike Vapormax Flyknit Khaki through.
Ms Moore said jurors would not need to try the case based on the "morality" of the 70s and 80s as Travis is not claiming as his defence that he carried out the assaults but they were acceptable then.
Travis was arrested in 2012 by officers from Operation Yewtree the operation set up in the light of the Jimmy Savile scandal.
He went on: "The prosecution have thrown quite a lot of mud at the defendant in this case. But mud throwing is not evidence.
Ms Moore said jurors must consider the atmosphere at the BBC at the time.
"It is not evidence capable of supporting or asserting that he has been a sexual predator for 40 years."

A camera woman who alleges she was groped by Travis during a recording of Top Of The Pops in the early 80s told jurors that she had made a complaint about sexual harassment before and nothing had been done, while a dancer from Pan's People who gave evidence as a defence witness yesterday said another DJ on the show made her feel "very uncomfortable".
"Some you may have thought some of the things in the 70s and 80s were completely unbelievable. Some of you may have experienced this sort of behaviour in the work place that you just put up with."
Buxton born Travis, on trial under his birth name David Griffin, is charged with 13 counts of indecent assault dating back to between 1976 and 2003, and one count of sexual assault.
She said: "Was the BBC a utopia where women were free from unwanted attention, where the DJs behaved apart from Savile. Where there were no rumours of untoward behaviour apart from Savile. Where every complaint was dealt with properly?"
But she told jurors that, although the courts regularly deal with more "horrific cases", it was not their job to "judge degrees of guilt" but to decide whether the 68 year old is guilty of each of the 14 counts on the indictment.
Mr Vullo referred to three of Travis's former personal assistants, who all said they were shocked when they heard the claims and had never seen the former BBC presenter acting inappropriately.
defence, Mr Vullo said that after hearing from dozens of people who worked with the former Top Of The Pops presenter during his 30 year career there was "not one whisper out there of what he is now being accused of".
Presenting her closing speech, prosecutor Miranda Moore QC likened one of the alleged assaults carried out by the former BBC presenter to a Carry On film.
Ms Moore said the trial had heard from two people who said this was not the case.
